Photobooth operators have a deceptively complex workflow: a public-facing booking site, a private inventory of cameras and props, and, most critically, the live event-night run where the operator on-site needs to set up fast, troubleshoot mid-event, and tear down clean. Most "photobooth software" handles the first thing and barely touches the other two.
POPLAB is live and booking events. The platform's design constraint ("the operator at the booth is the customer") is the same one driving every other thing the studio builds, just in a different vertical.
