02 / How this works

Three steps, two working days.

Step 01

You send a brief.

One paragraph about what you're trying to fix, who runs the business, and what you want to be true by launch. You don't need to write a document. A rough note is fine.

Step 02

We read and triage.

Every brief gets read by a person. Software sorts the inbox so nothing gets lost, but every reply is written by hand. If it's a fit, you get a proposal with a fixed price and a timeline. If it isn't, we tell you straight and point you to someone better.

Step 03

Weekly increments to launch.

Work runs week by week. Every Friday you see what moved. No mid-project surprises and no "we'll get to it next sprint." Most projects take 2 to 12 weeks depending on size.
