01 · AI workshop

A half-day AI workshop on your team’s actual work.

Not a deck about the future of work. Bring your quoting spreadsheet, your inbox, your booking mess: we spend half a day teaching your team practical AI on the work you already do, and you leave with things working.

02 · The premise

Every AI tip is already free.

YouTube has every AI tutorial your team could ever watch. If a generic slideshow would fix this, keep your $2,500 and go watch the free stuff.

What free content can’t do is sit in your room, open the spreadsheet your team actually fights with, and make AI useful on the work that has to ship this week. Someone working on your business, in front of you, is the one thing that doesn’t stream.

So there is no deck. Before the session we learn how your business runs: what you sell, how work comes in, where the hours go. Then we build the half day around that. Your workflows, your tools, your industry.

And the owner should be in the room. When the person who can say yes is at the table, decisions get made in the session instead of dying in a follow-up email.

03 · The difference

The deck versus the room.

A training deck

What most corporate AI training looks like.

  • Examples from someone else’s industry
  • Your team watches a demo
  • Questions saved for the last five minutes
  • Notes nobody opens again
  • Everyone nods. Nothing changes Monday.

Half a day in your room

What we actually do.

  • Your quoting spreadsheet, open on the screen
  • Your team does the task, with our hands off the keyboard
  • Questions as they come up, about your work
  • AI working on real tasks before we leave
  • A written next-step list for your business
04 · What a session covers

What half a day gets you.

01

Where AI actually saves you hours

We walk through your operation the way it runs today: quotes, scheduling, follow-ups, paperwork, whatever eats the week. We show where AI genuinely helps, and we say plainly where it doesn’t.

02

Hands-on practice, on your real tasks

Nobody watches a demo for three hours. Your team works through this week’s actual tasks with AI, so the habit exists before we’re out the door, not after a someday.

03

What to buy, and what not to

Straight tool guidance with no vendor kickbacks. We have no reseller deals and no affiliations, so when we say a $20 tool is enough, it’s because it is.

04

A leave-behind you’ll actually use

A short written rundown of what we set up, what to keep doing, and what to try next. Written for your business, not for an industry in general.

05 · The price

One flat number.

$2,500
Half a day · up to 15 people

Per-head pricing punishes you for inviting the whole team, which is backwards. So we don’t price per head.

Training sticks when everyone who touches the work hears the same thing. The room costs $2,500 whether five people show up or fifteen, on-site anywhere in San Diego or Tijuana, or remote.

You know the number before anything is booked. No hourly billing, no surprise line items after. That’s how we price everything at the studio.

One honest pointer: if you’d rather have a map before you train anyone, our AI readiness audit looks at where AI fits your business first. It pairs naturally in front of a workshop. Neither requires the other.

06 · Fit

Who it’s for. And who it isn’t.

Built for

Teams of 2 to 15 at an owner-led business. Contractors, clinics, shops, studios, event companies: the industry doesn’t matter, the shape does. You keep hearing “we should be using AI,” in meetings and probably in your own head, and nobody has started.

That’s exactly the room this is built for. San Diego and Tijuana first, because being physically at the table is a real part of the value. Remote works too, same session, same price.

Not for

  • Enterprises. A 200-person rollout needs IT sign-off, compliance review, and a program. That’s a different vendor, honestly.
  • Teams already deep in AI. If half your work already runs through these tools, you’d be paying us to tell you things you know.
  • Anyone shopping for a keynote. There’s no inspirational hour about the future of work. We come to get things working.
  • Certificate collectors. Your team leaves with working setups and a next-step list, not a framed piece of paper.
07 · Booking

What happens after you say yes.

Step 01

Send a brief

A paragraph about your business through the brief page, or an email to hola@xala.studio. We reply within two working days.

Step 02

We learn the work

Before the session we ask how your business actually runs: what you sell, what tools you already pay for, where the hours go. The half day gets built from that.

Step 03

We book it, we invoice it

You get a date, a written confirmation, and an invoice from the studio. No online checkout, no card form. By design.

08 · FAQ

The short answers.

Do we need to prepare anything for the workshop?

Just decide which parts of the work you want covered. The messier the better: the quoting spreadsheet everyone dreads is perfect material. We handle the rest of the preparation before the session.

Our team isn’t technical. Is that a problem?

That’s the room this was built for. The session assumes your people run a business, not that they write software. If a step needs a tutorial to survive, we don’t teach it.

Which AI tools do you cover?

The ones that fit how your business already works, which we figure out before the session. We have no reseller deals and no tool affiliations, so a recommendation is just what we’d use ourselves. Often the honest answer is a $20-a-month tool, not an enterprise contract.

Can you run the workshop remotely?

Yes. On-site anywhere in San Diego or Tijuana, remote for teams elsewhere. Same session, same $2,500 flat price.

What if only four people can make it?

Then four people come. The price is for the room, up to 15 people, not per head. We’d still nudge you to invite everyone who touches the work: training sticks better when the whole team hears the same thing.
