Santee sits at the edge of East County where the suburbs meet the backcountry: 60,000 people, Town Center, the river, the kind of town where a lot of the business happens out of a work truck. The economy here leans on the trades, field services, outdoor recreation outfits, auto, and light manufacturing. These are mobile, schedule-driven operations: a crew, a route, a set of jobs that move around the county all day. The software almost never matches that reality.
