01 / Why this, here

Your team switches languages twenty times a day.

National City moves things. The Mile of Cars sells and services vehicles all week, freight and warehousing companies work the ground between the port and the border, marine and repair trades sit near the waterfront, and family retail downtown serves the neighborhood that all of it employs. Customers arrive speaking Spanish, English, or both in one sentence.

That doubles the paperwork in a way nobody budgets for. A finance form gets explained in Spanish and signed in English. A driver's delivery notes come in one language and the customer's system wants the other. Staff translate on the fly all day, which they are good at and which costs the business hours it never counts. When the bilingual employee takes a vacation, a whole workflow leaves with her.

Reading a document in one language and producing the version the next person needs is work software handles well now. The audit measures how much of your week goes to it: intake, quotes, service write-ups, delivery paperwork, customer messages. Then we rank the fixes, price them, and mark the documents too sensitive to hand to a machine. That second list matters as much as the first.

02 / What you get

One document, and a decision you can make.

  • A walkthrough of how your business actually runs today, written down where anyone can read it.
  • Three to five places AI or software would pay for itself, ranked, each with the hours or dollars attached.
  • What each fix would cost to build, so you can stop at the document if the numbers do not work.
  • The places we tell you not to bother. Some work is cheaper left alone.
  • A 90-day order of operations, first thing first.
  • A live walkthrough of the findings, with your questions answered in plain English.
03 / What this looks like

Three shapes this takes in National City. These are composites, not named clients.

A dealership on the Mile of Cars. Service write-ups happen in Spanish at the bay and get entered in English at the desk, and the details thin out in between. The audit follows ten repair orders, measures what goes missing, and prices an intake step that captures the customer's own words in either language.

A freight and warehousing company. Bills of lading, customs paperwork and vendor email arrive in two languages and four formats, and one coordinator reads all of it. We count the documents per week, price a reader that pulls the fields into your system, and flag the ones a broker still has to check by hand.

A marine repair shop near the waterfront. Estimates get discussed on the dock in Spanish and written up in English, approvals come back by text, and later nobody can find the version the customer agreed to. The audit prices a quote record that holds both versions and stamps the approval with a date.

04 / Honest scope

What we will and will not take on.

We take on established businesses with real operations, roughly five to fifty people, and we work bilingually as standard. The audit and the walkthrough come in whichever language your team works in, and when that is both, it is both.

A two person operation gets too little out of this to justify the fee. The volume is not there yet, and the honest recommendation at that size is ChatGPT Plus, a scheduler and a good template. We say so before anyone pays.

The audit is $1,500 and fixed, with no obligation to build anything after. National City is inside thirty minutes of the studio in San Diego, so we come to the lot, the warehouse or the counter and watch the work happen. Larger builds run $6,000 to $15,000.

This page was drafted from a structured outline and hand-reviewed before launch. The work itself is custom, owner-operated, never templated.
